Before we arrive
Clear the path, secure pets, and keep the electrical panel or gas meter accessible. If the tank is leaking, complete emergency shutoffs. Have a decision-maker on site for any hidden damage.
During the visit
The crew confirms the quoted extras, installs, and shows you the shutoffs. Hot water return time depends on tank fill and first recovery—not a 30-second miracle.
After
Keep the data plate photo and your SAFE warranty reference. Watch for drips over the first day and text us if something is wet. Permit inspections, when required, are scheduled per the jurisdiction.
